1 part unsweetened cranberry juice
1 part water
1 tsp or capful of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
Optional add ons...
1/4 tsp bee pollen (super food plus adds sweetness)
1/2 tsp wheat grass powder
Fresh shaved ginger root (adds some heat)
