My Morning Shot

Get ready for an energy, metabolism and detox morning boost with this morning shot recipe.

1 part unsweetened cranberry juice

1 part water

1 tsp or capful of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 fresh squeezed lemon

Optional add ons...

1/4 tsp bee pollen (super food plus adds sweetness)

1/2 tsp wheat grass powder

Fresh shaved ginger root (adds some heat)

You can drink it as a full glass but I prefer to make it concentrated and take it as a shot.  Get ready to sweat (a little) and pee (a lot).  Huge metabolism boost detoxifier and full of natures super foods.  You can do it before meals or I just take a shot first thing in the morning to get the day going on a super healthy note.
